24-Hour No-Questions-Asked Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order, without being required to provide a detailed explanation, provided the item meets eligibility conditions. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Complaints regarding damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported on the same day of delivery. Any claims raised beyond this time frame will not be entertained.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Requests made after 24 hours
- Sale or discounted items
- Shipping charges and e-commerce tax (non-refundable)
- Size or fitting issues (size charts are clearly mentioned)
- Length concerns (product measurements are provided)
- Color variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Additional fabric, patches, or embellishments not mentioned in the product description
- Change of mind after the 24-hour window
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, using the subject “Return/Exchange”, and provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Images or videos (if item is damaged or faulty)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain proof of postage.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet policy requirements or show signs of use or damage.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the exchanged item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
- If it costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as an online shopping voucher or adjusted via online transfer.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Order Cancellation
PRET-LINE reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or failed fraud verification.
Policy Monitoring
We monitor return and exchange activity to prevent misuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse future requests in cases of abuse.
